Border Walls, maybe they want to build them to keep us inside!

Just a random idea, with the ongoing, endless attacks on our constitutional freedoms and the 46 billion the GOP really, really wants to spend on building more border walls…could it be possible they want to build big, giant walls to keep citizens in?
